Jack Torrance Becomes winter case of Hotel Overlook insulation in the Colorado mountains hoping to heal his writer's block. He was installed with a wife Wendy and son Danny, who is plagued by premonitions. Jack can not write and as visions of Danny become more disturbing. The writer discovers the dark secrets of the hotel and begins to turn into a homicidal maniac, terrorizing his family.
