A bootleg Figuart Hulk with a new head. Pretty simple right? Wrong. For one thing, the pants were painted brown originally, but not painted all the way down, so his lower legs looked like deformed green flesh. I repainted those Purple with red lines. Then the head. The head is a Target exclusive Ed Norton Hulk. The one that reuses the Series 1 Hulk body. And I LOVE that figure, despite being HORRIBLY outdated. I think it's the head. Anyway, the orginal joint for the Figuart head is just too short to work with this head, so... buckle up. I originally made a copy of the joint, but after I thought I lost it, I started using the original joint. Lost part of that, found the copy, so used a part of the original and the copy joint for this. I extended to joint by drilling into each end, gluing a toothpick into them, then solidifying it with some clay. What I wound up with is a much longer joint which works a lot better with the new head. I also painted the clay to make it look a bit better. Didn't repaint the whole figure or head though. Couldn't get the tone down right. I also couldn't bear to repaint the head. I love it too much Paints used Ceramcoat flesh AC Americana satin eggplant Anita's acrylic black Folk art Lime green.
