After escaping from the Mad Thinker's lair, Toro swore revenge on to all evil thinkers. Discovering the original Human Torch been killed, this finally made him mad and he began sistematically to clean out and permanently destroy all villains everywhere specially the kind that experiment with captured hero's.

Having been experimented with he usually awakes with nightmares and has been considered "mentally unstable" by S.H.I.EL.D. He directs a small army of loyal acolytes, and remembering his military training, he's named himself "General Toro" (considering his years of imprisonment as years in service in the army) and operates with WW2 tactics and army discipline.

I always considered Toro a unimaginative sidekick in design, but I have now seen him as a blaink canvas onto portray a new design of superhero, using a character which is nearly as synonym to sidekick as Robin or Bucky.

I casted with red clear resin the modified parts and others from a DCUC body, a Vigilante head (hevily modified to get the 40's sensation), and the crotch came from Savage Dragon and legs of Cyclops from X-men collection. I had to recast some parts because they were defective, which gave me big headaches and delays.
