I'm back (baby)!
So taking a break for my Spidey villains (I made a few stay tuned) here's my Doctor Strange. I bought the Dormammu wave comic Strange, and it was fine but it looked so blah on my shelf, no color on that figure. Didn't care for the costume, and I thought it would be cool to convert him into a classic Strange.

So trying to be less rambling than my previous posts here's what I did prior to painting.
-got rid of the skirt tunic thing piece on his hips as well as got rid of the cape
-added a cloth tunic and sleeves to get that classic Strange robe shirt
-Sash is also a cloth piece (red cloth, different material than the sleeves and tunic)
-cape is the same red cloth hemmed on the edges with glue and a wire put into the side edges

Painting:
-I painted the torso and cloth pieces on it a bright blue. I wanted this figure to have real vibrant colors
-I painted the logo a lighter blue and traced it with a fine blue paint to make it look really clean
-Gloves and sash are painted a bright vibrant yellow, and gloves have the black dots
-Edges of the cape are a gold along with the eye of agomotto
-black squiggles drawn on the edges of the cape as well
-In addition to the gold I painted the eye red with a black dot then gloss coated it for magic magic effect

I kept the collar and eye from the original cape.
