As NECA usually makes various versions of any character they sell, I wanted to make a Lt. Harrigan where he comes to the rescue & blasts his way into the meat locker assault. this figure was made using NECA's Ash from Ash vs the Evil Dead. The hands are from ALIENS Frost & the head is something I sculpted. Had to do a small bit of kitbashing to get the weapons accurate. Lastly I added a bullet-proof vest from a Splinter Cell figure.
