I really took my time on this figure.

Head: Jon Snow
Hair: WWE Wrestler
Body: Tyrion Lanier
Arms: Thorin Oakenshield
Boots: Captian Jack Sparrow

I didn't sculpt a single thing on the torso. I had 2 Tyrion figures and I used skirt or kilts from both figures, cut them up and glued them on one of the Tyrion bodies. It was perfect, I didn't even need to paint it, accept for a few touch ups here and there. I cut the belt off of a Thorin outfit and used that, I added pouches from an Assassins Creed figure, and the belt buckle from a Frodo figure.

The arms are just repainted Thorin arms, that I had left over from my Dwalin Custom.

The feet, came from a Captain Jack Sparrow 7in figure. They were way too big, so I cut the top of the foot off and then sculpted the square-tips to the boots. I also sculpted new arches and heels to them. I drilled a hole in too he top and fitted Tyrion's legs to them. Then I sculpted the ends of the pants to blend.

The sculpt was very difficult. Believe it or not, the head is a Jon Snow figure. I used all the hair that I cut off of Thorin's head when making Dwalin, and repurposed it to form the beard. Then used miliput to fill the gaps.

The hair came from a random WWE figure I bought for two bucks. I shaved a lot of it down and then used milliput to add volume around the top of the head.

The face, I added a large forehead, brow-line. I gave him bags under his eyes, wrinkles around the eyes, fuller cheeks, eyebrows, and a mustache.
