I used a file to thin out Thorin's body and then sculpted a new shirt. I cut up Gimli's outfit for the details on his vest. The coat came from the Will Turner figure I used to make Bard. I cut the top off a Jack Sparrow jacket and glued it to the Will Turner coat.

I put milliput to smooth over the boots and used fodder buckles from the Jack Sparrow figure for details on the boots.

The face took some time. I removed the hair from Rob Stark with nail clippers. I sculpted a larger nose and expanded the forehead. I sculpted ears and repainted the face. For the hair, I painstakingly removed pieces with an exacto-knife and glues around the ears.
