I recently bought a bootleg of the 2012 Deadpool, and of course I was disappointed with his ankle articulation. What I did is replace his legs with those of the Brood Wave Cyclops. Fore arms too. They match his giant hands better. I painted these parts red, and gave them a blackwash, including a wash over the rest of his body.

I created a new belt and harness for him as well. I glued them in place with faux leather, and glued his pouches and buckle onto that
