I used a Headplay Chris Evans head from an overseas seller. The head was meant for a Hot Toys style neck, so I had to cut off a few millimeters in order to fit it comfortably on a DML body. The uniform was from one of the newer Captain Action series' run, meant for a newer, more muscular figure. The DML body was alright, but not exactly Super Soldier sized. Still, with Blue Box International hands, he does fill out the uniform nicely. I replaced his plastic belt with a 1/3 scale belt that was slim enough to fit into his belt loops, though it's wrapped nearly twice around his body. I had cut out the nose, mouth and ears from the Captain Action Captain America mask, with the hopes that I could display it on the figure's head, but sadly, the head's molded coiffed hair is far too big to work inside the mask- none of the features line up properly. The uniform gloves are meant to be plugged onto nonexistent wrist ball joints, so they're a prop for now, until I can attach DML style wrist pegs into the glove wrist wells.
His shield! Oh his shield! That's from a Loot Crate run, and while it's truly 1:6 scale, it's made of actual metal, with highly detailed molded plastic belts on the reverse side, but they cannot stretch enough to fit his forearm inside. So it, too, is a prop. A beautiful prop, nonetheless.
I had to pose him with my custom Peggy.
