Decided to make a Jack Baker figure as I am a great Resident Evil fan.
Moreover he killed me so many times...I owe him!
Started from a Mcfarlane Walking dead figure (same RE Neca size)and heavily modified it by cutting, dremelling and sculpting.
Used transparent plastic for glasses, silicon for hair and colored everything.
