Pretty straightforward custom with more work going into the heads. Used a pair of Eel heads and sculpted the hair on each. Also sculpted mouth wraps on one and dremmelled out the mouth of the other. Laid aluminum foil onto the chest and shaped the hotglue on top attaching it at the mouth. Inked the effect up then sculpted wraps on the chest and sleeves on the arms. Finished him off by swapping the right hand with Morbius.
