I wanted a scale-accurate Surtur so I took a 12" Rotocast Hulk and turned him into the fire demon, Surtur.

I had to fill some joints with putty since the gaps are huge.

Getting the Red was challenging since I initially used acrylic spray paint and I couldn't be bothered priming the figure because it's massive. A few layers of Vallejo red helped made it a bright red though.

The flame effects were made from hot glue which took forever to finish, and the mess it made was crazy. It's painted with clear yellow and clear red Tamiya paints.

The tail came from a warcraft figure and the head piece was cut out off a food container painted black.
