Bought a cheap 18 inches ball, covered it with expanding foam sealant, removed the ball from inside and then sculpted the exterior carcasse. Got some stamen and plastified it with liquid abs plastic to shape the beard. Finally I sealed it and painted it. Designed the interior battery box and plastic structure to hold the light bulb, then 3d printed it to install. The final piece is about 25 inches diameter. Hope you like it.  Please wait... |
