Hey, Realmers! This is my take on Mac Gargan as Scorpion, in the style of marvel legends to add to the ranks of spider-man villain figures.
Seeing as Hasbro hasn't made one yet, I decided to make my own classic Scorpion using Tigershark's head, with re-sculpted teeth and mask details, the Toybiz Scorpion bendy tail, modified stinger (got rid of the firing mechanism and rubber blade and replaced it with styrene plastic blade), the toes off the same figure to make the feet more in line with the aesthetic of the figure, and the base body is cottonmouth.
Milliput was used to sculpt details, fill holes, and generally Frankenstein things together.
Painted using Vallejo grey primer, Gamesworkshop paints, airbrush, several Vallejo lines of paint and finally a coat of sealer to keep it all purty.
I highly recommend Vallejo's liquid masking fluid for finer details where regular tape won't do.
The tail blade/stinger is magnetic so it is articulated, but it also leaves me the option of possibly making interchangeable stingers, perhaps with "acid" (Green hot glue...?) shooting out, or a stinger with a different style/look.
I also plan to add/make an alternate head with the fully covered face, more angular eye holes and no nose look Scorpion has had.

This is my first ever custom and I'm quite pleased with how it turned out.
Stay tuned for more sinister things to come...

Any critiques or comments are very welcome!

lookin' good
Added some character to the tail "pack" that would've been fused to Gargan in the shape of the little clamps you can just see near his shoulder. Made more sense to me that the tail would utilise the muscle groups and nerves in his back, but it would need a hard line into the spine and back overall, so thats why they're there.
Scorpion and friends
I think he fits in quite well aesthetically with the rest of the line.
