This was my first stab at using a heavily articulated Figurarts figure as a base. Lessons were learned hah, mostly in patience. These figures do come apart very easily though so it made up for all the joint rub prep. I wasn't too familiar with this character when it was commissioned but its from a brand called Suikoden. Basically the whole body was taken apart and ground down to a bare body and resculpted. The robe is made from spare pvc material from another figure and it was blended towards the top with apoxie so it still moves pretty well with the legs. Could not even begin to tell you who the head was, it came from my box and I basically simplified it into a more anime style and sculpted the sharp anime-style hair. Really proud of how it came out given it had all the biggest customizing challenges (lots of articulation, WHITE paint coverage, and rubber details). Details were painted in many sessions so I didn't slit my wrists from frustration all in one go :)
