I started with the head: I cut the ears off and shaved the spikes; then I sculpted the beak and the bandana, whose ends are made of real cloth.

For the back shell I glued two shells coming from chinese pull along toys and sculpted on, based on a Alligator Snapping Turtle's shell.
Front shell is entirely sculpted from scratch, as well as the middle toes!
