Only two more to go after this one to complete team 7. This is Philip Chang who is later to be revealed as Grunge's (from Gen13) father. Kind of running out of ML fodder for military guys, used Old Man Logan on this one. Head is from DCUC Samurai with IRS glasses and a GI Joe Sigma 6 hat.
