From the waist up, this is Meanstreak (X-Men 2099) repainted. The shoulder pockets (gotta love the 90s) were a belt from Mr. Fantastic I believe. The legs are so standard, that I don't remember who they came off of.

This was the version of Hank Pym from the 90s.

Again, really digging these old customs. I grew up with the Toy Biz Marvel figures (and obviously the comics of that era), so these are very nostalgic for me. And yes, those pouches looks like they come from Mr. Fantastic's weird parachute harness thingy he came with.
