I used a ML Batroc for the body and a ML Speed Demon for the head. I took Speed Demon's feet as well, to get that rubber/cartoony look. I sanded Speed Demon's goggles and sculpted the new ones and the hair out of apoxie. His alternate hand was made from a WWE Micro Aggression Smackdown arena, aluminum foil, and a spare hand for the wrist joint.
