Delving deep into obscurity for this one. I think I only found one image through image searches. They had to scan images from the comics themselves for me to go by. So, legitimately, the only thing I know about this character is his name is Varkan.

Ended up being another project that became possible thanks to the BossFightStudio male gorgon being a thing. And it actually wasn't too bad to dremel into his sides to fit another pair of BossFightStudio arms. They fit good and are still mobile. Cut one finger off the lower hands. Apparently the upper arms have five fingers and the lower arms have four. Head was from the Wal-Mart exlusive Wolverine Origins Sabretooth. Rounded out and enlarged the head a little bit, then added on the ears, as well. From there, a full repaint, and done!
