A Dremel tool is a Kitbashers best friend. I totally cut the face out of the head. I replaced the face with the front portion of Transmetal Megatron, glued sealed and painted. The body: I totally got rid of the beast mode ( just like the show) and finger painted silver to bring out details and create the look of battle damage.... That's about it! Yessssssss!
