This has been in the works for years. Originally was going to make the FO3 version but opted for something closer to the FO4 version which was less detailed. Brain is from the DCIF Brain figure. Arms are from a ML Machine Man, hands are from a 3 3/4 Doc Ock figure, tank treads are from a GI JOE Sigma 6(?) accessory, lower body is a Gonk droid and the upper body is a pill bottle. Other bits are sculpted or just bits from who knows where.
