Does this also work for something akin to a bicep or an elbow?

Two questions: how long do you hold the hair dryer in place, and do you use the high or low setting?

I can't answer those definitively since hairdryers are all different.

The most helpful suggestion is to hold it until the plastic is soft enough, which is maybe 30 seconds. You won't melt a figure on any setting so go ahead and try high.

You can also try hot water, just under boiling, its hotter so it heats faster.
