Looking for specific Gi Joe

I have a camo vest on ebay that matches the one I had as a kid but I cannot find the original name for the specific figure of Gi Joe I had. It’s killing me! He was blonde and I see his same face on other figures but not matched woth the camo vest that I know came with it. Any help would be amazing!
