Looking for info on TMNT toy!

Ok, this might be difficult to explain. This toy hade Raphael on a motorcycle, where his had were set around the handles. I can't remember if it was a pullback toy or what. I remember seeing it listed a couple of years ago, but never pulled the trigger. So, I know it does exist... I don't think it was officially licensed, my parents might have purchased it from a Chinese owned shop, or a 99-cent store.
