Head hunting help!

Hello realm! I am working on a Sgt. Apone custom from aliens. I'm using a McFarlane Hicks body with all Simmons arms. But I'm in need or head and neck to complete this. Mynsculptong skills are not that great. I had planned on using a Jonah Jameson head but its not proportional. I don't that think an Apollo creed head will do either.Any thoughts or Suggestions?

A customizer once made a sgt apone that used an Expendables 2 Hale Caesar head and arms. Maybe this could work for yours as well.
