Disclaimer

Hi guys,
I was just reading the "Disclaimer" on the custom figure page:
"The figures contained in the Custom Showcase are not for sale by Figure Realm, and the creators of the customs are no way affiliated with Figure Realm. The Custom Showcase is purely for entertainment purposes and only provides a means for the creators to show off their work and trade ideas. Figure Realm does not make or sell customs."
Not to be a grammar Nazi or anything, but I think it would be better to say "...are IN no way affliliated with..."
Then that got me thinking. What does it mean that custom creators are not 'affiliated' with Figure Realm? I'd say that, by definition, we the creators are 'affiliated' with this website by our very contributions, and of course, our memberships. Maybe someone could change the wording to avoid confusion?....
